Contract Key Points
Overall session bookings
* Sessions priced for 30 minutes or 1 hour - extra time will be invoiced to you before photo release, unless stated otherwise or an agreement is made between client and ForWanders
* Maximum attendees is limited to 5 per session - ForWanders may ask client for overrage charges per person after limit is reached
* By allowing ForWanders to take photos, also allows use of photos for advertisement on social media and anything else related. If you do not wish to have them posted, an agreement may be reached
CONTRACTS
PRINT RELEASE | DEPOSITS
A questionnaire will be attached when you decide on a booking date. These required questions will be apart of your contract agreement with ForWanders. A printed contract and print release will be provided at the time of your session that must be dated and signed before the session.
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. A grace period of 2 days from time of date chosen will be given to allow ample time to pay your deposit. ForWanders will only reach out one time before canceling your booking.
